It is the 8th SM Supermall built by Philippine retail magnet Henry Sy Sr., the biggest shopping mall in the Western Visayan Region and second to SM City Cebu in the entire Visayas Region. It is located along Sen. Benigno Aquino, Jr. Avenue (formerly Jaro West Diversion Road) in the district of Mandurriao in Iloilo City. It has a land area of 170,000 m² and a total gross floor area of 101,735 m².
